T1, with the return of Lee “Faker” Sang-hyuk, concludes regular season play with two straight wins.

T1 finished the regular season with nine wins and two consecutive victories, including a 2:1 victory over Reef Sandbox in Game 1 of Day 3 of Week 9 of the 2023 League of Legends Champions Korea Summer at Roll Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul on Thursday.

T1 went into game one with a well-balanced offense and defense combination led by ‘Zeus’ Xanthe, while Live Sandbox went into the game with a risky but high-firepower combination of Gwen and Tristana-Kaissa. While Live Sandbox needed Gwen to perform, ‘Zeus’ Xanthe dominated the laning phase, giving T1 a comfortable lead throughout the game 메이저놀이터.

Eventually, despite Azir ‘Faker’ Azir getting cut early in the game, T1 broke the nexus at 28-minutes and took the set 1-0, with Xanthe leading the way, killing enemy champions in every engagement.

In game two, Park “Teddy” Jin-seong’s Kaisa rescued Reef Sandbox from the brink of defeat. After gaining a significant advantage in the early game, Reveal Sandbox lost an ace on a top hit, giving Jerry ‘Kumayushi’ a chance to grow. Not to be deterred, though, ‘Closer’ Arie and ‘Teddy’ Kaisa, equipped with more aggressive items, pushed T1 hard, and at 40-minutes, Reve Sandbox decimated the enemy lane with an ace to send the game to the final three sets.

T1 started to snowball in the early game with aggressive lane interventions from ‘Owner’ Lee Sin. A baron burst at 21-minutes sealed the deal for T1, as they blocked Sejuani ‘Willer’ Sejuani’s entry for a hard-hitting steal, gained buffs and secured an ace. T1 crushed Reef Sandbox with firepower in every engagement and closed out the game at 31-minutes.
